Bananas go through a process called “negative geotropism.” Instead of growing towards the ground, they start growing towards the sun. The fruit grows against gravity, which gives the banana its familiar curved shape.

One thing we have all experienced before whether as kids or adults is the shedding of tears. There are many or varying situations that can cause us to shed tears, sometimes sad situations, or happy moments (tears of joy).

Depending on your upbringing or culture, however, you may either have been encouraged to shed tears or keep it in.

In most African cultures, people, especially men are seen as weak if they shed tears or cry over any situation.

Studies however have shown that tears contain a natural painkiller that reduces pain and improves good mood.

Mike Tyson once offered a zookeeper 10,000 dollars to let him fight a gorilla

Former American professional boxer Michael Gerard Tyson is widely considered one of the greatest boxers of all time.

The name Mike Tyson inspires fear, strength, might, and power and those who witnessed his fights or followed his career from 1985 to 2005 can attest to that fact.

At his prime, his punches were so lethal that he was nicknamed “Iron Mike” and “Kid Dynamite”.

Earlier this year, Mike Tyson in an interview revealed that about three decades ago, he bribed a zoo worker to open the zoo for just he and his wife to see the animals. While on this romantic stroll, he tried to also bribe a zookeeper to let him fight a gorilla. The zoo attendant said no.

Tyson explained that one Gorilla was bullying the others in the cage, and he wanted to teach it a lesson with his lethal fists.

Only a brave and extraordinarily strong person would try to embark on such a suicidal mission, as gorillas are known to be very fierce, strong, and relentless animals.
