The legal team representing the Azimio la Umoja movement, led by lawyer Danstan Omari, has announced their intention to file a habeas corpus application to locate Embakasi East MP Babu Owino. Omari stated that he has received instructions from Raila Odinga, the leader of Azimio, to take this legal action due to the unknown whereabouts of both Babu Owino and Raila’s private security personnel, Maurice Ogeta.
